Approval of refunds is at the sole discretion of the travel provider and depends on the actual terms and conditions of their requests and approvals. LookBookFly cannot guarantee refunds being approved.
When To Get Your Refund?
When both the traveler and travel agent/payment gateway agree upon a certain timeframe, then the refund must be completed within that time period only. Processing time may vary and depends on the processing time of the bank and supplier and payment method.
If at all possible, travelers will receive information about refunds for eligible requests.
Changes and Modifications
Changes in itinerary, dates, passengers or Travel Edition changes are subject to availability and supplier regulations.
Extra fees are calculated on:
- Flight date changes.
- Passenger name corrections.
- Travel itinerary modifications.
- Updates to holiday packages.

Services Not Refundable
Some travel products and package discounts may be non-refundable. The bookings may not be refundable as of the booking's confirmation date, no matter when it is cancelled.
The traveler needs to make sure that he goes through all the details of fare terms before purchasing his flight ticket.
Exceptional Cases
If travel restrictions, natural disasters, emergency or extreme weather conditions take place due to government directives, your refund/cancellation would depend upon the guidelines laid out by the travel agent.
Special accommodations, travel vouchers or credits may be provided if allowed by the provider.
